Naveed Jaffar

Naveed Jaffar is an accomplished traffic engineering professional with extensive experience across various prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Georgia Director of Traffic at STV since November 2024, Naveed has held significant leadership roles including Traffic Engineering Division Manager at BCC Engineering, LLC, and Traffic Services Director at NV5. Previous positions feature Principal Engineer and Senior Transportation Engineer at GCA, Inc., Vice President/Director of Traffic Engineering at Grice Consulting Group, Sr. Traffic Engineer at Florence & Hutcheson, Project Manager at both Carter & Burgess and Street Smarts, with earlier project management experience at Carter & Burgess. Naveed holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Civil & Structural Engineering from the University of Bradford, which was completed between 1982 and 1986.
