Paul Roach

Paul Roach has extensive experience in the engineering and water management sector, currently serving as an Engineer in the Water Practice at STV since October 2021, where responsibilities include quality control management for a major water distribution pump station project and oversight of raw water supply equipment pre-purchasing. Prior to this, Paul was a Senior Project Manager at CP&Y from January 2000 to September 2021, managing water treatment plant projects and large construction initiatives. Paul’s earlier career included significant roles at the City of Dallas, Texas, where duties spanned from program management in wastewater capital improvements to plant management and engineering for treatment facilities. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Science in Environmental Science from The University of Texas at Dallas.
