Phil Hanegraaf

Phil Hanegraaf is a highly experienced professional in urban and regional planning, currently serving as Senior Vice President and National Planning Director at STV Corporation since May 2016. In this role, Phil is responsible for the growth of the multi-disciplinary planning and pre-design practice, which includes services such as rail, transit, highway, and regional planning. Previously, Phil held the position of Vice President and Planning Service Group Leader at RS&H, focusing on transportation, environmental, and urban planning. Phil's experience also includes establishing HNTB's Chicago planning practice and overseeing the Great Lakes program, as well as leading community planning services at Trkla Pettigrew Allen & Payne. Phil earned a Bachelor of Science degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
