Raymond Wong

Raymond Wong is a Senior Program Manager at STV with experience in program management for major projects like the Second Avenue Subway Phase 2. Prior to their current role, Raymond held positions at MTA Construction & Development and New York City Transit, where Raymond managed various construction and engineering projects. Raymond holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Manhattan College and a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Investments from Baruch College.
