Thomas McGuinness

Thomas McGuinness currently serves as Engineering Chief at STV since February 2024. Previously, Thomas held the position of Senior Vice President at MTA Construction & Development from August 2021 to September 2023. Prior to that role, Thomas was a Project Manager for the LIRR Mainline Expansion at MTA Capital Construction from June 2018 to November 2021. Thomas began a career in construction engineering at the N.Y.S. Thruway Authority, where tenure lasted from 2013 until June 2018. Thomas completed education at Manhattan University.
