Thomas Redstone, AICP, is an experienced professional in infrastructure economics and transportation planning, currently serving as a Senior Economist at STV since February 2023. Prior to this role, Thomas contributed to the Metropolitan Transportation Authority as a Transportation Planner, where responsibilities included developing a Five-Year Capital Program and integrating climate resilience indicators. Experience also includes positions at AECOM, focusing on economic assessments for federal flood damage reduction projects, and serving as the State Hazard Mitigation Officer (Acting) for the Maine Emergency Management Agency. Thomas has a solid academic background with a Master's in Planning, Policy, and Management from the University of Southern Maine and a Bachelor's in Environmental Studies and Economics from Connecticut College.
