Timothy J. Irwin

Timothy J. Irwin, P.E. is a Senior Structural Engineer with extensive experience in designing transportation-related structures including bridges, sound barriers, retaining walls, and culverts. Timothy J. has worked at STV Incorporated since May 2014 and previously at JMT from March 1996 to May 2014. Timothy holds a BSCE in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech.
