Josephine Brassey

Josephine Brassey has over 16 years of experience in the television industry. Josephine is currently employed as a Creative Director at STV Studios since January 2023. Prior to this role, they worked at STV Group plc as the Head of Development starting in July 2019. From June 2017 to July 2019, Josephine served as the Head of International Development at 12 Yard. Before that, they were a Consultant Executive Producer at ITV Studios from January 2014 to January 2019. Josephine's career started at 12 Yard in March 2007, where they worked as a Development Executive Producer until June 2016.

Josephine Brassey obtained their Master's degree in Maritime Archaeology from UCLA, which they pursued from 2000 to 2005. Prior to their postgraduate studies, Josephine attended UCLA from 2000 to 2004 and studied Film & Television. Josephine'searlier education can be traced back to Marin Academy, where they completed their studies from 1997 to 2000.
