Bartłomiej Roszak

Bartek Roszak has extensive experience in the field of artificial intelligence and data science. Bartek has held various leadership roles throughout their career.

In 2012, Bartek worked at EUROPROP® Trading as an Equity Trader and Data Scientist, where they developed machine learning models for auto-trading and managed the company's capital.

In 2016, they joined Transparent Data as a Data Scientist, where they focused on developing machine learning models and implementing them in a production environment.

Bartek then moved on to work at Inbox Liberator in 2017 as a Lead Deep Learning Researcher. In this role, they built and led an AI team, utilized transfer learning techniques, and designed comprehensive learning systems for deep learning models.

In 2020, they joined Payability as a Lead Deep Learning Researcher, managing a team focused on AI and machine learning. Bartek was a principal contributor to the development of the Payability Brain, a major project in neural network innovation.

In 2018, Bartek became the Head of Artificial Intelligence at Dronn.com. Here, they spearheaded the creation of Poland's first commercially used voicebot based on neural networks and built and strategized the team from the ground up.

In 2021, they took on the role of Head of Artificial Intelligence at Algopolis.Ai, where they played a pivotal role in shaping the organization's direction and capabilities. Bartek developed a long-term strategy for predictive model development and founded a data science team aligned with R&D goals.

Currently, Bartek is the Head of Artificial Intelligence at STX Next, where they are responsible for developing AI team strategies and fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Bartek Roszak pursued a Licentiate degree in Finance and Accounting at Uniwersytet WSB Merito Poznań from 2006 to 2010. Bartek then completed a Postgraduate program in Advanced analytics with SAS Institute at Poznan University of Economics And Business from 2016 to 2017.
