Ewelina Lewandowska

Ewelina Lewandowska is an experienced professional in the field of Scrum and psychology. Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at STX Next since November 2019, Ewelina focuses on ensuring the correct implementation of Scrum practices, coaching teams, and facilitating Scrum meetings. Prior experience includes a role as a Scrum Master at Przelewy24, where Ewelina supported Product Owners and development teams in managing backlogs and removing impediments. Ewelina's background in psychology is highlighted by over nine years as a psychologist at the University Hospital of Lord’s Transfiguration in Poznań, which included leadership responsibilities as the director of the Clinical Psychology Section. Ewelina holds a Master's degree in Psychology from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznań.
