Dianne Lemaux

Dianne Lemaux, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Assistant Vice President-HR at TJ Maxx since April 2007, where leadership of the HR team supports a $4.3 billion retail zone with 30,000 employees. Prior to this role, Dianne held the position of HR Director for IT/E-Commerce at Macy's, managing HR functions for a $1 billion IT division, and was National HR Director for US Retail at Best Buy, overseeing significant HR operations across multiple regions and divisions. Dianne's career also includes experience as a Regional HR Representative at Thomas Cook and corporate personnel management at Doner, complemented by a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management and an Associate of Arts in Legal Assistant studies from Ferris State University.
