Ali Orlando

Ali Orlando has a long and varied work experience in software engineering. In 2012, they began their career as a Software Developer Coop at IBM UrbanCode Products. Ali then returned to the same company in 2013 as a Software Developer. In 2014, Ali moved to Big River Online as a Full Stack Software Developer. In 2016, they joined OnShift as a Principal Front End Engineer, where they introduced React.js and successfully launched two new Single Page Applications implemented using React. Ali also collaborated with User Experience Designers to create and maintain a design system for use across multiple products, and paired with full stack developers to advance front end skills in the engineering department. In 2019, Ali joined BrightEdge as a Senior Software Engineer, and also began working at StyleSeat as a Senior Software Engineer II and Team Lead.

Ali Orlando attended Case Western Reserve University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
