Hillery Simmons

Hillery Simmons has extensive experience in analytics and business operations. Hillery is currently the Vice President of Analytics at Stylitics, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Analytics at Tailored Brands, Inc. from 2022 to 2023. Hillery also worked at Chief, a private network focused on empowering women leaders, as a Member from 2021 to 2022.

From 2017 to 2022, Hillery held the role of Vice President, Data Analytics at ShopRunner. Hillery was responsible for building and growing data and analytics capabilities to support the company's growth. Before that, Hillery served as the Director of Business Operations at Silicon Valley Data Science from 2016 to 2017, where they focused on operational challenges and data-driven approaches.

Hillery's experience also includes roles at Orbitz Worldwide, where they served as the Director of Retail Analytics from 2013 to 2016 and as the Sr. Manager of Business Operations from 2011 to 2013. Hillery played a key role in enabling the organization to be data-driven and established the retail operations practice area.

Earlier in their career, Hillery worked at Accenture Technology Labs as the Business Operations Manager from 2007 to 2011, overseeing global business operations. Hillery also held various roles at Accenture, including Project Manager from 2004 to 2007 and Developer and Architect from 1999 to 2004.

Hillery Simmons completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from DePaul University during the period from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering with a focus on Mechanical Engineering from Tulane University from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, they also earned the certification in Executive Data Science Specialization from Johns Hopkins University through Coursera in 2022.
