David Garrote García

David Garrote García has over two decades of experience in the maritime industry, primarily with Suardiaz Group since November 2003, where current roles include Master for Suardiaz Shipping Lines, overseeing multiple vessels, and previously served as Chief Officer, managing navigation, cargo operations, and deck maintenance. Prior experiences include roles as Second Officer and Cadet on LNG and reefer vessels with Marítima del Norte, and working as a Marine Surveyor at Asturias Marine Surveyors. David holds a Master's Degree in Nautical Engineering and Maritime Management and a Degree in Nautical Engineering and Maritime Transport from Escuela Técnica Superior de Náutica de Cantabria, in addition to a Maritime Navigation Diplomaed Specialist from Escuela Superior de Marina Civil de Gijón. David's education also includes a junior year at Rocky Mountain High School in Colorado, USA.
