Erica Abrams-Young

Erica Abrams-Young is currently the VP of R&D at Suave Brands Company. Prior to this role, she held various positions at Johnson & Johnson, including Director of R&D for Zarbee's & Nutritionals, Global Technical Leader for Skin Health, and Associate Director for Consumer R&D. She also worked at L'Oréal as a Processing Manager and as a Process Engineer. Erica has a strong background in R&D, innovation, and product development, with a focus on portfolio resiliency and global execution. She holds an MBA in Marketing from Rutgers Business School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Rutgers School of Engineering.
