Rafael Lopes is currently the Head of Innovation & Brand Equity at Suave Brands Company. Previously, he held the position of Vice President Product Marketing & Innovation at Beautycounter and Vice President Global Marketing at L'Oréal. Rafael has also worked as the General Manager for Kérastase and Redken, Head of Global Marketing for Skinsei Skincare & Melé Skincare at Unilever, and in various brand development roles for Nexxus New York Salon Care, Dove + AllThingsHair.com, AdeS, Lipton, Hellmann's, and AXE - LYNX. He holds a Master Class degree in Digital Acceleration and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
