John Howald

John Howald is an experienced District Sales Manager at Subaru Canada, Inc., since January 1998, where responsibilities include serving as a key liaison between Subaru dealers and the corporate office, enhancing customer satisfaction, optimizing sales, and analyzing dealer performance. Previously, as Manager of Sales Training, John led initiatives that achieved industry-leading training ratings and developed a comprehensive training model now utilized across various departments. Prior to Subaru, John held the position of Senior Customer Service Coordinator at Mazda Canada Inc., where John developed a Customer Relations Management system and effectively communicated customer issues to senior management. John holds a Diploma in Marketing from Mohawk College and has additional training in advanced rescue consulting and racing.
