Daniel Fronczak

Daniel Fronczak is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical and packaging engineering. Currently serving as a Packaging Engineer at Subaru of Indiana Automotive since September 2022, Daniel previously held roles including Senior Mechanical Engineer at Allegion, where contributions involved product design for door systems and participation in crucial testing certifications. Prior positions include Design Engineer at Carrier HVAC, where Daniel developed residential HVAC product designs, and Mechanical Engineer at dormakaba Americas, responsible for major product line innovations and adherence to industry standards. Additional experience includes roles at Belden Inc. focusing on manufacturing engineering and product development for high voltage Industrial Cable products, as well as an internship at ACCO Brands that provided foundational design and engineering skills.
