Paul Carter

Paul Carter is an experienced professional in the automotive manufacturing sector with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as Stamping Section Manager at Subaru of Indiana Automotive since April 2016, Paul is responsible for enhancing key performance indicators in a demanding Trim and Final section, overseeing the production and delivery of over 600 vehicles per shift while ensuring the safety of a workforce of over 1200 personnel. Previous roles include Group Leader at Subaru of Indiana Automotive, Lean Coordinator at Magna International, and Production Supervisor at Eagle Bend Manufacturing. Paul has a military background in the Royal Navy, where responsibilities included course instruction and roles as an Avionics/Weapons Supervisor. Paul holds a BTEC Level 4 in Teaching from the Royal Navy and a City and Guilds in Electrical Engineering from Eastliegh Technical College.
