Richard L. Rydell

Richard L. Rydell has a strong background in project management and coordination. Richard L. worked for SubCom from 2007 to the present, where they held various positions including Director of Marine Commercial Management, Master Planning and Strategy. In this role, they negotiated and managed large scale contracts, oversaw project budgets, and maximized fleet utilization. From 2003 to 2008, they worked at United Rentals as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for overseeing rental operations and sales staff. From 1998 to 2003, they were the General Manager at Mondo Music, where they handled staffing, marketing, and day-to-day operations. Rydell has a proven track record in effectively managing diverse teams and exceeding customer expectations.
