Carlos Leal is an IT Technician at subIT since March 2023, providing first-level support for end-user technical issues and troubleshooting various technologies. Prior experience includes serving as an IT Assistant and Technical Project Coordinator at Allied Trucking Of Florida, where responsibilities involved organizing technical projects and executing quality assurance testing. Carlos also held positions as a Store Supervisor at Converse and a Sales Lead at Hurley, honing leadership and sales skills. Currently pursuing a Master of Computer Engineering with a focus on Network Security at Florida International University, Carlos previously earned a degree in Cyber Security from the same institution.
