Prior to this role, Rahul worked as a South Asia Analyst at Kroll, a global investigations and risk consulting firm, as well as in various analytical roles at organizations such as Asian Development Bank, Hozint, Tata Trusts, Hybrid Reality Institute, Change.org, Google, and CRMIT. Rahul holds a Master's Degree in Emerging Economies / International Development from King's College London, and has also studied Marketing, International Relations, French at the University of Southern California and Sciences Po.

The Subko Specialty Bakehouse is a synthesis of old and new. Here, an ode to 'daily bread' culture of old collides with a new, risk taking approach to flavor. Our team sets to work at 5am daily, constantly pushing boundaries in pursuit of extraordinary craft bread and viennoiserie. Being driven by a micro-batch rustic baking philosophy is half the duet. Growing and entrusting Indian Specialty Coffee to an exclusive cadre of industry defining origins is the other half. We merge those drives to serve a relentless commitment to craft innovation.
