Rohan Sebastian

Rohan Sebastian, currently the Head Coffee Quality Division at Subko Specialty Coffee Roasters and Craft Bakehouse, focuses on sourcing super specialty Indian coffees, innovative bakehouse products, and international chocolate. With a background in coffee roasting and quality management, Rohan has experience working with various coffee companies and volunteering at the National Barista Championship. Additionally, Rohan has interned at food processing factories and water treatment plants, gaining valuable industry insights. Rohan holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Coffee Quality Management from the Coffee Board of India, a PGD in Coffee Quality Management from the Indian Coffee Board, and a Bachelor's degree in Food Technology and Processing.
