Spencer Smitherman

Spencer Smitherman serves as the Head of Customer Success at Sublime Security, focusing on the post-sales customer journey since August 2024. As a Founding LP at Success Venture Partners since April 2024, Spencer previously held key roles at Nacelle, including Vice President of Customer Success and Vice President of Solutions Architecture, managing various customer experience and technical teams. Earlier experience includes positions at Switchboard Technologies, Returnly, and Optimizely, where Spencer was responsible for solutions architecture and customer engagement across multiple regions. Spencer's background also includes programming skills gained at Dev Bootcamp and internship experiences with GigaOM and a former U.S. senator. Spencer holds a Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurial Studies and Global Perspectives from Bentley University and has further education from the University of Cambridge and Landmark School.
