Phil Connolly

Phil Connolly has extensive work experience as the Managing Director of Submarine Manufacturing and Products Ltd (SMP Ltd), a company they established in 1985. Their role involves managing the overall running of the business, but they have recently moved more into a product and business development role to support the company's expansion over the next few years. Additionally, they are also the Managing Director of MSS Holdings (UK) Ltd, a company that manages the assets of SMP Ltd, including a property management company and a historic helicopter air display company.
