Amanda Davenport has held various roles in the talent acquisition, customer success, and service delivery fields since 2009. Amanda began their career at Continuant Technologies in 2009 as a Technical Account Manager and Customer Service Representative. In 2011, they moved to LivingSocial as a Strategic Account Manager, where they developed and maintained relationships with 1500+ merchants. In 2013, they joined Continuant as Manager, Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience and Engagement, and Manager, Customer Success & Experience, as well as Service Delivery Manager. In the same year, they also worked as an Enterprise Customer Success & Implementation Manager at Trakstar. Currently, they work at Submittable as Director of Talent Acquisition and Talent Acquisition Manager.

Amanda Davenport has a diverse educational background. Amanda obtained their BA in French and International Studies from Gonzaga University in 2008 and their BA in French from Institut catholique de Paris in 2007. In 2019, they earned a Women in Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. Amanda is currently pursuing an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management, Strategic Leadership at Valar Institute.
