Chad Villegas

Chad Villegas has been working in the field since 2001, when they began as an Assistant Manager at The Buckle, Inc. In 2004, they joined Farmers New World Life Insurance Company as a Marketing Internal Wholesaler and New Business Supervisor. In 2009, they became an Investigative Specialist III at HireRight, where they maintained records of special projects, distributed information to employees, processed background reports according to FCRA, state, and client guidelines, and reviewed internal staff's research work for accuracy and quality. In 2016, they joined Consumer Direct Care Network as a Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Advisor, and Quality Improvement Specialist. In 2020, they began working at LC Staffing as a Recruiter/Account Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Submittable as a Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Engagement Specialist, and Human Resources Generalist.

Chad Villegas obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Montana between 1997 and 2002. In 2018, they obtained a Certified Internet Recruiter from AIRS powered by ADP in July. In 2019, they obtained a Talent Acquisition Specialty Certification from SHRM in February.
