Jacklyn Odgren has worked in various roles in the Human Resources field since 2008. Jacklyn began their career as a Summer Custodian for the Howard-Suamico School District in 2008. In 2012, they began working at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire as a Front Desk Representative and Lead Student Supervisor for the Housing and Residence Life. In 2013, they were a Study Abroad Peer Adviser for the UWEC Center for International Education. In 2015, they worked as a Volunteer Engagement Specialist/AmeriCorps VISTA for Central Minnesota Jobs and Training Services, Inc. and as a Sales Guide for Eddie Bauer. In 2016, they were a Student Support Coordinator for Luck School District. In 2021, they began working as a Human Resources Generalist for the CITY OF MISSOULA and in 2022 they began working as a Human Resources Generalist and Recruiting Coordinator for Submittable.

Jacklyn Odgren has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, obtained between 2010 and 2014. Prior to this, they attended Bay Port High School between 2006 and 2010.
