Dan-Sebastian Rotaru

Dan-Sebastian Rotaru possesses extensive experience in underwater operations and engineering, currently serving as an ROV Pilot/Technician and Submersible Engineer at Subsea 7 since July 2021. Prior to this role, Dan-Sebastian worked at GSP Holding SA as an ROV Pilot/Technician II, specializing in operations and maintenance of various ROV systems for projects in offshore environments. Earlier experience includes positions as a Commercial Diver at Nemo Pro Diving, where Dan-Sebastian was involved in ship inspections and rescue services, and as an Office Manager in the same company, overseeing management and administrative tasks. Additionally, Dan-Sebastian was a Scuba Diving Instructor at Nemo Diving Center, where responsibilities included leading diving trips and teaching various NAUI courses. Dan-Sebastian holds a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the „Mircea cel Batrân” Naval Academy, reflecting a strong educational foundation in engineering principles.
