Fabrizzia Chinaglia da Costa Lima

Fabrizzia Chinaglia da Costa Lima is a legal professional with extensive experience in contract management, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law. Currently serving as the Head of Contracts Brazil at Subsea7 since March 2024, Fabrizzia previously held the position of In-House Counsel for M&A, Finance, and Contracts at Enauta from September 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included legal analysis and negotiation of significant M&A transactions and financing operations. Prior to Enauta, Fabrizzia was the Head of Oil & Gas at Felsberg Advogados and held legal management roles at Constellation Oil Services and Queiroz Galvão Óleo e Gás S.A., focusing on corporate, M&A, and litigation. Fabrizzia’s educational background includes a certificate from The George Washington University Law School and postgraduate studies in civil-constitutional law and corporate restructuring.
