Fiona Barclay

Fiona Barclay is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior HR Advisor at Subsea7 since January 2025. Prior to this role, Fiona worked as a People and Culture Business Partner at TechnipFMC from May 2022 to December 2024 and held the position of Group HR Manager at Glacier Energy for a brief period in 2022. Fiona's career in human resources began at EnQuest, where responsibilities included roles as Remuneration and Benefits Advisor, HR Advisor, Learning and Development Advisor, and HR Coordinator from October 2013 to September 2021. Fiona holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA)(Hons) in Management with Human Resource Management from Robert Gordon University, completed in June 2012.
