Glen Fraser

Glen Fraser is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in managing operations and projects within the offshore energy and construction sectors. Currently serving as the Namibia Country Manager for Subsea7 since March 2022, Glen oversees all Namibian activities and previously held roles as Project Manager and in the development of Floating Offshore Wind strategies. Prior to this, Glen was Operations Manager at Sapura Energy Berhad, managing complex installation projects during COVID-19, and head of operations at MFE Formwork Technology, where responsibilities included running a large manufacturing facility. Glen's earlier tenure at Sapura Acergy included various managerial roles overseeing multi-million dollar offshore construction projects. Previous experience also includes founding Triton Logging's operations in Malaysia, coupled with a background in engineering from JDS Uniphase and Schlumberger. Glen holds an MBA in International Business and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Victoria.
