Isabelle Vassort is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in various leadership roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as DRH at Subsea 7 since March 2021, Isabelle has previously held significant positions including DRH Groupe at AIT-STEIN, DRH Transition at Honeywell, and DRH Adjointe at CCA International. With over 15 years of progressive HR expertise, Isabelle's career encompasses operational and strategic HR management, change management, employee relations, recruitment, and implementation of HR processes in several organizations, notably TRW and PerkinElmer.
