Josef Hollas

Josef Hollas is an experienced Project Engineer at Subsea7 since December 2022, with a background in marine engineering and related fields. Currently serving as a 3rd Assistant Engineer for the Marine Engineers Beneficial Association since September 2019, Josef has previously held similar roles at Overseas Shipholding Group, Maersk Line, and NOAA, where responsibilities included maintaining equipment and managing various engineering tasks on vessels. Education was obtained from Texas A&M University Galveston Campus, earning a degree in Marine Engineering Technology, Naval Architecture, and Marine Engineering. Earlier experience includes assistant engineer and intern positions, providing a solid foundation in both practical skills and technical knowledge within the maritime industry.
