Steph McNeill

Steph McNeill has extensive experience in the maritime and engineering sectors, holding the position of Senior Vice President of Vessels & Equipment at Subsea7 since November 2005. Currently, Steph also serves as CEO of Seaway 7 and has held various senior roles within Subsea7, including Executive Vice President for Renewables, Senior Vice President of Operational Functions, and Vice President for both Offshore Resources and the UK, Canada & Renewables sectors. Prior to joining Subsea7, Steph worked at KBR as Manager of Marine, Subsea and Pipelines, and at European Marine Contractors as Head of Vessels and Equipment. Steph earned a BEng Hons in Naval Architecture & Offshore Engineering from the University of Strathclyde.
