Thiago Fernandes

Thiago Fernandes is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in data analysis and resource planning. Currently serving as a Senior HR Data Analyst at Subsea7 since May 2023, Thiago is responsible for HR data and resource planning for the Brazil GPC West region, utilizing Power BI and data analysis skills. Previously, Thiago worked at TechnipFMC as an HR Analyst from July 2019 to May 2023, focusing on budget and HR planning. Prior HR analyst roles include positions at Dufry Group from November 2017 to June 2019, and Grupo Bravante from May 2014 to October 2017, where responsibilities also included budget and payroll management. Thiago is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Big Data, BI, and Analytics at Estácio, further enhancing expertise in the field after obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Business from Universidade Castelo Branco in 2015.
