Will Maddern

Will Maddern is an experienced professional in the oil and gas sector, currently serving as Group Tendering Director and Group Sales and Marketing Director at Subsea7 since July 2017, following a progression through various sales and marketing roles in the Africa and Middle East regions. Prior to Subsea7, Will was involved in project management and operations at EMAS Chiyoda Subsea and EMAS GROUP. Earlier career milestones include serving as Technical Manager at NorCE OFFSHORE, overseeing the design and construction of the DLB NorCE Endeavour, and as Senior Project Engineer at Clough. Will holds a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD, a Master of Engineering Science in Project Management from UNSW, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Commerce from The University of Western Australia.
