Troy Gerard has extensive work experience in operations and continuous improvement. Troy began their career at Emulex as a Production Control employee from 1984 to 1987. Troy then joined Parker Aerospace as a Continuous Improvement Manager from 1988 to 2006. Subsequently, they held positions in Triumph Group as a Sr. Manager Continuous Improvement for a brief period before becoming the Director of Operations, Planning & Lean at Triumph Gear Systems from 2006 to 2016. After that, they moved to Triumph Group Inc. - Precision Components as the Sr. Director of Operations Excellence from 2016 to 2018. Most recently, they have been serving as the Vice President of Operations at Subsite Electronics since May 2018.
Troy Gerard obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Phoenix University, completing their education from 2000 to 2004.
