Bob Nigh is the current Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Subskribe. Bob has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. Prior to joining Subskribe, they were the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at Bolster, Inc, where they led recruitment and grew the company by 2x. Bob has also served as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and People at Clari. There, they were responsible for all aspects of onboarding, performance review, immigration, terminations, and offboarding. Bob has a proven track record in talent acquisition and building world-class teams. Bob is a strategic thinker and an excellent communicator with a passion for improving the candidate experience.

Bob Nigh has a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus in marketing from San Jose State University.

Bob Nigh reports to Durga P Pandey, CEO & Co-Founder. They work with Tim Bradley - Director of Engineering, Kyle Bouchard - Head of Sales, and Patrick C. - Head of Demand Generation.
