Ginny Huffman

Ginny Huffman, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition at WM since January 2022, leading strategies for comprehensive talent acquisition across various sectors. Prior to this role, Huffman directed talent acquisition teams at Sysco, successfully hiring for executive and corporate positions, and at NASCAR, overseeing all recruitment functions. Additional experience includes establishing the Engineering Division at Accrue Partners, managing a National Recruiting Center at The Experts, and implementing talent acquisition strategies at Baytree Associates. Huffman holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism from Sam Houston State University.
