Maxim Kon

Maxim Kon is a seasoned professional in compliance and blockchain sectors, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of Consultiks since May 2023 and as Compliance Lead at Autonomys since December 2022. As a Board Member of the Crypto Valley Association since July 2021, Maxim promotes the blockchain industry and collaborates with various stakeholders on relevant topics. Previous roles include CEO and Founder of Cheksy AG, where a software platform for compliance services was developed, and positions as Compliance Advisor at Valour and Hehmeyer, among others. Maxim's experience encompasses significant roles in compliance management, regulatory consulting, and risk assessment across multiple organizations, including senior positions at Crypto Finance AG and Xapo. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in International Finance from Nürtingen-Geislingen University and exchange studies at California State University, Fresno.
