Director of Product Development at Subtl Beauty

Fedora Stojkoska-Hristov has over seven years of experience in product development, from 2013 to present. Fedora began their career as an R&D Chemist at Dimensional Merchandising Inc., where they formulated color cosmetics, skincare, and OTC products. Fedora then moved to L'Oréal as an R&D Associate Chemist on a contract basis. In 2014, they joined Avon as a Product Development Chemist for Personal Care & Korres Natural Products & Strategic Brands. Here, they managed projects and their timely release, as well as worked with management and marketing to provide essential information to aid overall project coordination. In 2016, they joined Arquiste Parfumeur as a Product Development and Operations, where they assisted with the development of projects such as fragrances, candles, and discovery sets. Fedora then moved to Rare Beauty Brands as a Senior Manager of New Product Development and New Product Development Manager for Patchology. In 2017, they joined ERNO LASZLO as a New Product Development Coordinator. In 2019, they moved to Crabtree & Evelyn as Director of Innovation. In 2021, they joined Subtl Beauty as Director of Product Development and Swartz Center for Entrepreneurship as Domain Expert - Consumer Goods. Additionally, they are the Founder & CEO of The Kollektif, a cosmetic, wellness, and home fragrance product development consulting firm.

Fedora Stojkoska-Hristov attended Teaneck High School from 2003 to 2007. Fedora then went on to Rutgers University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering in 2012. Following this, they attended ISIPCA and Università degli Studi di Padova, where they obtained a Master of Science and Technology majoring in Fragrance and Cosmetics and a Master of Business and Management, respectively, between 2015 and 2017.
