Brian Girskis

Brian Girskis has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Brian founded Suburban Wholesale and Supply in 2013 and managed a team of building wholesale material professionals, providing direction for growth opportunities and negotiating deals with the sales group. Prior to that, they worked at Suburban Construction Inc starting in 1996. Brian held multiple roles including President, where they oversaw the company's operations, and Residential Sales, where they assisted clients with home improvement projects. Brian also served as the Canvassing Manager, responsible for generating leads through door-to-door canvassing and overseeing a team.

Brian Girskis attended the University of Iowa from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired several certifications, including being a Certified Rifle Instructor and Certified Pistol Instructor from the National Rifle Association in 2022. Brian also obtained a Woodbadge C3-133-21 certification from the Boy Scouts of America in 2021 and a Certified Range Safety Officer certification from the National Rifle Association in 2020. Prior to these, they obtained a Certified Shotgun Instructor certification from the National Rifle Association in 2019. Brian has also obtained numerous other certifications related to their profession, including Installation Masters Instructor from the American Architectural Manufacturers Association in 2016, Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) Program from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in 2016, VSI Trainer from the Vinyl Siding Institute in 2013, Gutter Cap Certified Installer from Gutter Cap Inc. in 2011, Certified Installation Training Program from Therma-Tru Doors in 2010, and Certified Vinyl Siding Installer from the Vinyl Siding Institute in 2009.
