Heather Dominguez is an experienced restaurant management professional with a diverse background in team leadership and operational excellence. Currently serving as Manager of Franchise Performance at Subway since June 2023, Heather previously held key positions such as Head Coach at sweetgreen from November 2020 to July 2023 and District Manager at Einstein Noah Restaurant Group, Inc. from 2008 to November 2020, where responsibilities included the management of a team of ten store managers overseeing significant sales across Dade and Broward counties.
