James Louis has extensive experience in operations management within the food service industry, having held significant roles across various companies. Notable positions include Assistant Manager Operations at McDonald's India from 2006 to 2009, followed by Deputy Manager Operations at the same company until 2012. James served as Divisional Manager Operations at Jawad Business Group from 2012 to 2019 and transitioned to Country Operations Manager for Laviviane from 2020 to 2022. James also held the role of Country Operations Manager for Dairy Queen in Saudi Arabia from late 2019 to late 2020. Currently, James is the Country Head of Operations for Subway KSA, a position that includes spearheading the opening of 57 stores in 2024, along with serving as a Franchise Consultant in Operations and Training.
