Marivonne Avila has extensive experience in operations and franchise management within the Subway brand, currently serving as the Operations & Franchisee Services Manager for Spain and Portugal since November 2010. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with operational standards and providing strategic support to franchisees. Previous roles include Operations & Franchisee Services Manager for Spain, Field Consultant in Cataluña, and multiple managing partner positions where Marivonne operated and managed Subway restaurants. Prior to a significant tenure at Subway beginning in 1999, Marivonne worked as the Director of Finance and Administration for Subway, coordinating financial processes for multiple locations, and gained experience as an Administrative Coordinator at Teratel Telecomunicaciones. Marivonne holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Metropolitana.
