Taylor DeCaro

Taylor DeCaro, M.A., is the Director of HRIS & Analytics at Subway, where they utilize extensive experience in various Human Resources functions. Previously, Taylor served in multiple roles at Subway, including Sr. HRIS Analyst and HRIS & Analytics Manager. They began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at AptarGroup, Inc. Taylor holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of New Haven and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Hartford.
