Theresa Ong is a seasoned professional in insights and analytics with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the APAC Insights and Analytics Senior Manager at Subway since April 2022, Theresa initiated Customer Experience tracking for the region, enhancing operational quality and marketing effectiveness. Prior experience includes leading strategic insights at JTI from April 2017 to March 2022, where Theresa conducted in-depth market research to inform business strategies. Theresa also held positions at Carlsberg Group, Astro, and NielsenIQ, developing expertise in market research, consumer insights, and business intelligence. Earlier roles included managing marketing strategies at DKSH and A W Faber Castell. Theresa holds a Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Systems from Victoria University.
