Timothy Gillam

Timothy Gillam is a seasoned professional in food safety and quality management with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Global Restaurant Food Safety at Subway since February 2018, Timothy has led initiatives to enhance food safety and quality across culinary operations while overseeing the Global Food Safety team. Previous roles include North America Food Safety Manager at Subway, where Timothy led crisis management during the SARS CoV-2 outbreak, and Supply Chain Food Safety Manager at Weston Foods, where development and implementation of food safety programs were key responsibilities. Timothy's background also includes significant positions at Mondelēz International, Kraft Foods Group, and Nabisco Foods Group, focusing on quality assurance and system development across multiple manufacturing sites. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.
