Wesley Jean

Wesley Jean, CSM, PMP is an experienced Senior Scrum Master currently leading Agile practices at Subway since January 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Scrum Master at Scaffold Shrinkwrap Company LTD from November 2020 to January 2023, where Wesley facilitated Agile software development and mentored teams. At the Urban League of Broward County from October 2016 to October 2020, Wesley contributed significantly by running Scrum meetings and collaborating with QA to align testing with business processes. Earlier roles include Project Manager/Scrum Master at Ocean Capital LLC. Wesley holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Florida Atlantic University and further education from Harvard Business School Online.
